The mission of Plaza Development, LLC is to provide a satisfactory and predictable product in a timely fashion, and to construct quality retail space adjacent to Wal-Mart Super Centers for tenants who wish to locate near these "magnets" of retail shoppers. Our building projects should provide lease space that meets or exceeds all government, customer and industry standards. Our property is maintained in an environment that is conducive to the business of our tenants. Properties we develop are ideal for investors to purchase as income-producing investments.

Plaza Development, LLC takes pride in the company that we have developed to build quality shopping centers in prime locations in a timely fashion. The company employs an efficient "cookie-cutter" approach to maintain consistent quality. Our projects are similar, causing the building process to advance smoothly from the ground breaking to the day the first tenant opens its doors to the public.

We have an in-house team that maintains the day-to-day activities from site planning to project management and completion. Plaza Development, LLC uses the resources of an area architectural firm, Ackal Architects, and engineering firm, Duplantis Inc., to design the most energy and cost efficient buildings. By working closely with both the architectural and engineering firm on several projects, we have been able to improve our product with every development.

Property management is also an important service for our tenants, and we provide the highest quality of property management in this business. Plaza Development, LLC currently has a number of shopping centers open and has also sold a number of the shopping centers it has developed to investors.
